In this appeal as of right, Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas Judge An-geles Roca (“Roca”) challenges the December 16, 2016 Order and Opinion of the Court of Judicial Discipline (the “CJD”) permanently removing her from judicial office.1 This Court must determine whether the CJD’s removal sanction is “lawful” pursuant to our constitutionally prescribed standard of review regarding sanctions imposed by the CJD.
