1Opinion of the CourtRossman, J.

Defendant appeals two convictions for robbery in the first degree, ORS 164.415, and a conviction for attempted murder, ORS 163.115. The trial court found that he was a dangerous offender and sentenced him on each conviction to a maximum term of 30 years, ORS 161.725, with a minimum term of 15 years, ORS 144.110, the sentences to run consecutively. There are five assignments of error, and, although our discussion is limited to the question whether the trial court erred in imposing the 15-year minimum terms, we affirm the trial court in all respects.
