{¶ 1} Defendant-Appellant Darrell Brown appeals from his conviction entered in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court for felonious assault, menacing by stalking, and assault.

{¶ 2} Three issues are raised in this appeal. First, Appellant argues he was denied effective assistance of counsel when the trial court denied his request for appointment of new counsel.
