Plaintiff, appellee herein, was granted a divorce and custody of his minor child for gross neglect of duty and extreme cruelty of the defendant, appellant herein. In appealing on questions of law, defendant assigns five errors. These are concerned principally with the weight of the evidence, and with alleged misconduct of plaintiff.
