I,The plaintiffs and defendants-in-recon-vention brought this action, seeking damages for injuries allegedly suffered in an automobile accident. The defendant asserted that the accident was the plaintiff-driver’s fault and brought a reconventional demand, seeking damages for her injuries. The trial court found that the determinative issue was which party possessed the green light and that, based on the evidence offered at trial, she could not discern which party had the green light.
