OPINION
STAPLETON, District Judge:
The defendants, Andrew K. Mearns, III, Peter John Thomas and John William Hedley, were indicted on two counts of distributing cocaine and one count of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, under 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), and one count of conspiracy to violate Section 841(a)(1), under 21 U.S.C. § 846. All three defendants plead not guilty to all counts on October 12, 1977. The defendants have now moved to suppress evidence which they claim to have been illegally obtained.
