EISMANN, Justice.

This is an appeal out of Ada County from a judgment of conviction for the crime of murder in the second degree. The primary issue on appeal is whether the distinct court properly instructed the jury on the issue of self-defense. We hold that the district court did and affirm the judgment of conviction.
