This was a suit by the appellant against the appellee for specific performance of a contract for the purchase of real estate. The material features of the contract were that Lynch held a contract for the pur chase of a tract of land lying adjacent to the corporation line of the city of Decatur, in Adams county, which land he was about to plat as an addition to said city, in accordance with a diagram then drawn and made a part of the contract, exhibiting fifty-four lots.
