This is a proceeding for the disconnection of certain territory from the Town of Lafayette, and was instituted under the provisions of chapter 52, page 154, of the Session Laws of 1913, entitled “An act to Provide for the Disconnection of outlying territory from Cities and Towns.” A petition, conforming to the requirements of the statute, was filed February 25,1914 by Louella R.
