Before the Court is the plaintiffs motion to enjoin the enforcement of certain provisions of G.L.c. 90, §24 1/2 (“Melanie’s Law”) to him. For the following reasons the plaintiffs motion is DENIED.

Pertinent Facts

Pursuant to G.L.c. 90, §24D, the plaintiff, Joseph W. Gordon (“Gordon” or “plaintiff’), was convicted of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol (“OUI”) on December 17, 2003.
