The defendant, Ricardo Aybar, appeals the trial court’s order denying the defendant’s motion to suppress his blood alcohol test results. The record does not reflect a written order by the trial court finding that the suppression ruling would be dis-positive, nor is there a stipulation in the record that the ruling would be dispositive.
