Order denying motion for change of venue, November 8, 1978: The plaintiff corporation, Triple “A” Enterprises, Inc., is a “mama/papa” type business operated out of Martin County, with its home office and only office in the city of Stuart. This is a small and sparsely populated rural community. The plaintiff, Frank Lechacz, and his wife, manage the business and are responsible for its daily activities.
