*123Defendant Melissa Ho appeals a judgment convicting her of vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence and reckless driving with great bodily injury, and sentencing her to six years eight months in prison. On appeal, she contends the trial court (1) erred in admitting evidence that she had consumed drugs and alcohol the night before the accident and that she was taking prescription medications for her former heroin addiction ; (2) erred in admitting photographs of one of the victims after the accident; and (3) made numerous instructional errors.
