Appeal from court of general sessions, New York county. Hyman Lesser was convicted of grand larceny in the second degree, and appeals. Reversed.

The defendant, a Pole, who, at the time of his arrest, was 29 years of age, was employed by one Samuel Etreich as a canvasser for crayon pictures.
