Memorandum: Plaintiffs commenced this action seeking, inter alia, a declaration that the employment contracts between defendant Buffalo Cardiothoracic Surgical, PLLC (BCS) and cardiothoracic surgeons are “unlawful, unethical and void as against public policy” and seeking damages for alleged unfair trade practices.
