This appeal is from a $10,-000 judgment awarded appellee, a child about four years of age, on a jury’s verdict, for personal injuries received in a collision between the automobile in which she was riding with her father, mother, and others and one of appellant’s street cars. The accident happened at night on the Harrisburg road, within the city limits of Houston, the automobile being outbound towards Harrisburg, and the street car inbound towards Houston.
