MELLOY, Circuit Judge.
Appellant Kevin McManaman entered a conditional plea of guilty to two counts of sexual exploitation of children in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2251(a) and (e), and was sentenced to 276 months’, imprisonment McManaman reserved the right to appeal the district court’s 1 denial of his motion to suppress evidence. On appeal, he argues that the district court erred when it denied his motion to suppress statements and physical evidence obtained in violation of his Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Amendment rights. We affirm.
