The appellant appeals from the decision of the Board of Appeals of the United States Patent Office in finally rejecting claims 21, 22, *70323, 33, 34, 38, 39, 40, 41, and 42 of his application for patent on improvements in reversible floor scrapers, which application was filed March 6,1929.
The said claims naturally divide themselves into four groups, the following claims being typical :
