Appealing from an adverse ruling and espousing the common law maxim that no person should be permitted to profit by his own wrong, the executrices of the estate of a murdered wife ask us to reverse the judgment appealed from and to order that a constructive trust be impressed upon land held by the wife and her slayer-husband as tenants by the entirety.
