In a nine-count complaint for disciplinary action, the Disciplinary Commission has charged Respondent Marvin W. Shumate with multiple violations of the Rules of Professional Conduct for Attorneys at Low. The hearing officer appointed by this Court to hear this matter has submitted his findings of fact and conclusions of law, therein finding that Respondent engaged in misconduct in eight of the nine counts.
