The Shepherd Motor Company, Incorporated, sued C. B. Drennen on promissory notes and on account, and secured judgment for $204.60. The plaintiff at the time of filing the suit secured under the statute a writ of garnishment against the Henderson Land & Lumber Company, a corporation, the employer of C. B. Drennen. From a judgment of the court discharging the garnishee on its amended answer and taxing plaintiff with the cost, this appeal is prosecuted by the plaintiff.
