Comes now before this Court the Motion of John W. Wingate, Jerry L. Wingate, Steven S. Hutchison and Lloyd Gillespie, hereinafter referred to as (“Movants”), to Compel Assumption or Rejection of Exec-utory Contract pursuant to regular setting. At the time of the regularly scheduled hearing, the matter was taken under advisement.
