This is an appeal from an order refusing to settle the first and final report and account of the administrator of the estate of Catherine Y. Camm.

The parties are before this court on a clerk’s transcript, and the only issue involved is whether certain “accrued, accumulated income” of a trust created by decedent was part of her estate and available as such to her creditors, or whether under the terms of the trust it vested at her death in a remainderman free from any claims of her creditors.
