Plaintiff appeals from Defendant’s denial of property tax exemption for the 2000-2001 tax year.1 The property is *388listed as account number R330751 by the Multnomah County Assessor. A trial in the above-entitled matter was held in Portland on April 30, 2001. Kurt Oppenhagen appeared for Plaintiff. June Pihl appeared as a witness for Plaintiff.
