OPINION
EMIL F. GOLDHABER, Chief Bankruptcy Judge:
The issue presented for resolution is whether we should grant the trustee’s motion to reject what is ostensibly an executo-ry contract. For the reasons expressed below, we will grant the motion.
The facts of this case are as follows: 1 The debtor filed a petition for reorganization under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code (“the Code”) on June 25, 1981, and thereafter a trustee was appointed.
