RAWLINGS, Justice.
Plaintiff appeals from an adverse adjudication entered in a forcible entry and de-tainer action. We affirm.
March 11,1961, Eugene Warren and wife, Adeline Warren, since deceased, as vendors, and Max and Donna Yocum, as vendees, entered into a written executory contract for the sale and purchase of lots 2-4, block 18, County Seat Addition to Iowa City. The agreed purchase price was $7950, payable $75 on the 5th of each month.
