This matter comes before the Court on plaintiffs Motion for Default Judgment (doc. 20). 1
1. Background.
Plaintiff, PNCEF, LLC (“PNCEF”), filed the Complaint (doc. 1) against defendants, Hendricks Building Supply, LLC (“Hendricks Building”) and Hendricks Companies, Inc. (“Hendricks Companies”), in this District Court back on December 9, 2009. 2 The Complaint contains well-pleaded factual allegations that Hendricks Building entered into a lease agreement with PNCEF’s predecessor in August 2005 for the lease of certain specified equipment. 3 Plaintiff expressly…
