This appeal is from a judgment in favor of appellee against appellant in an action brought by the appellee to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by him and alleged to have been caused by the negligence of appellant. An answer of general denial was filed to the complaint. The cause was submitted to a jury for trial, resulting in a verdict for appellee in the sum of $3,000 upon which the judgment was rendered.
