HENLEY, Senior Circuit Judge.

Plaintiff Betty Lou Cobb appeals from a judgment of the district court dismissing her Title VII employment discrimination suit. The dismissal was predicated on a finding that Cobb’s charge of discrimination filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) was untimely. Cobb also argues that the district court erroneously dismissed a pendent state cause of action brought pursuant to the Arkansas Teacher Fair Dismissal Act, Ark. Code Ann. §§ 6-17-1501 — 1510, that she asserts was alleged in her complaint. She does not appeal the dismissal of a § 1983…
