Appeal from a judgment of the Cattaraugus County Court *1278(Larry M. Himelein, J.), rendered January 31, 2011. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of murder in the second degree, manslaughter in the first degree and robbery in the first degree.
It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously affirmed.
