This appeal is the aftermath of a decision rendered in these causes on February 14, 1950, reported in 133 W. Va. 639, 57 S. E. 2d 736, and pertains generally to the character of the decree which the lower court should have entered in carrying out the mandate of this Court based on that decisión.
