*1213This matter is before the Court on Defendant's Motion to Suppress Evidence Obtained in Violation of the Fourth Amendment Under United States v. Ackerman [Doc. 90] in which he asks the Court to suppress all evidence obtained either directly or indirectly as a result of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children ("NCMEC") opening his emails and the attachments thereto.
