Smith, Judge.

This is an appeal by a mother from an order of the juvenile court terminating her parental rights. Appellant contends that, based on the evidence, the trial court could not have found all the facts required to support a termination of her parental rights. She also contends she did not receive adequate notice of the citizen review panel findings or the case plan goals. We disagree with appellant’s contentions and affirm.
