Appellants Marshall T. and Inez J. McDaniel brought this action against appellees Colonial Mortgage Service Company, Intercounty Title Company, Frank K. Haley, Perry E. McClung, Charles A. Corley and Winfred R. Franks. The complaint alleged that the McDaniels had suffered irreparable injury through the tortious acts and fraud of these defendants, which caused the foreclosure and loss of their residential property.
