I. Introduction.
Edwin Berry Martin brings this action against Norfolk Southern Railway Company (“Norfolk Southern”), and Preston Lee Thomasson, Robert F. Summerlin, and Larry D. Hornbuekle, individually, for injuries allegedly sustained as the result of an alleged course of sexual harassment which occurred while he was employed at Norfolk Southern’s Norris Yard in Birmingham, Alabama.
