FOURNET, Chief Justice.
This Court is without jurisdiction of this appeal, since it involves only the right of relator, Orleans Parish School Board, by mandamus proceeding, to have certain described parcels of ground and property (dedicated exclusively to school purposes) transferred to it by the City of New Orleans, pursuant to the provisions of Article 4, Section 12 of the Constitution of Louisiana, as amended in 1948, there being no amount in dispute or fund to be distributed, and the other provisions of the Constitution by which appellate jurisdiction is vested in this Court being…
