Defendants Vulean Power Group, LLC, Vulcan Capital, LLC, and Ford F. Graham appeal from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Preska, C.J.), entered on October 29, 2014, following a three-day jury trial, for violations of Sections 191, 198, and 215 of the New York Labor Law.
