FORD, District Judge.
This is a petition for review of an order of a referee in bankruptcy allowing trustee’s petition for confirmation of a private sale of real estate.
The original petition in 'bankruptcy was filed on December 11, 1939. The trustee then named found no assets in the bankrupt’s estate. Bankrupt at that time listed in her schedules her property at 84 Coolidge Street, Brookline, Massachusetts, the real estate involved in the present proceedings.
