The appellees herein are all owners of property in Hollywood Heights Subdivision, Saline County, Arkansas. On November 13, 1962, one of the appellants, Land Development, Inc., being the sole owner of a 120-acre tract of land in Saline County, executed and recorded a plat and Bill of Assurance, carving the land into streets, a proposed park, and 248 lots. Various restrictions were listed in the bill of assurance on the use of, and improvements to, the property.
