The plaintiff, Mildred- J. Waguespack, brought this suit against' the Playland Corporation and its public liability insurance carrier,' Associated Indemnity Corporation, for the recovery of damages for personal injuries sustained by her while riding on a pleasure device known as a “Loop-O-Plane” which is operated by the first named defendant at the amusement park known as Pontchartrain Beach located in the City of New Orleans.
