MEMORANDUM OPINION

J. MICHAEL DEASY, Bankruptcy Judge.

I. INTRODUCTION

On July 19, 2002, the Court held a hearing on an Objection to the Proof of Claim of Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corporation (hereinafter the “Objection”). After hearing from all parties the Court established a post-hearing briefing schedule and took a portion of the matter under submission.

This Court has jurisdiction of the subject matter and the parties pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1334 and 157(a) and the “Standing Order of Referral of Title 11 Proceedings to the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Hampshire,”…
