DON H. REAVIS, Justice.
Pursuant to a plea agreement, appellant Miguel Lucano Lucero aka Michael Lucero plead guilty to aggravated sexual assault of a child and was granted deferred adjudication and placed on community supervision for five years. Upon the State’s motion to proceed with an adjudication of guilt, on November 14, 2001, a hearing was held and evidence was presented that appellant had violated the terms of community supervision.
