Mildred Hyatte and Elmer Hyatte (the Hyattes) appeal from a judgment entered by the trial court in a habeas corpus proceeding awarding custody of Mildred Hyatte’s granddaughter, Eulalia Joanne Lopez, to Eulalia’s father, Miguel Lopez (Lopez).
