In this appeal, the debtors, Larry and Shannon Williams, challenge the bankruptcy court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 520 (“IBEW”) allowing two claims against the debtors’ bankruptcy estate. The claims are based on two separate audits of the debtors’ books that were conducted to assess the damages caused by the debtors’ breach of a collective bargaining agreement with the IBEW.
