This is an action to recover for personal injuries received by the plaintiff when struck by an electric car of the defendant. The jury returned a verdict for the plaintiff, but before it was recorded the trial judge reserved leave, with the consent of the jury, to enter a verdict for the defendant. Thereafter on motion of the defendant a verdict was entered in its favor.
