Appellant Anthony Allen Jones appeals from the trial court’s grant of the plea to the jurisdiction filed by the State Board of Educator Certification (the “Board”) in Jones’s suit for judicial review of an administrative disciplinary proceeding. We affirm the trial court’s order granting the plea to the jurisdiction.
