OPINION

By NICHOLS, J.

Error is prosecuted to this court upon the sole ground that the trial court erred in sustaining the motion of defendant for a directed verdict, that being the only ground alleged in plaintiff’s motion for a new trial. • It must be conceded that if, from plaintiff’s evidence, reasonable minds can reach no conclusion except in favor of the defendant, it is error for the trial court to overrule the defendant’s motion for a directed verdict.
