VANDE WALLE, Chief Justice.
[¶ 1] M.H., father of the minor children, appealed the juvenile court’s .April 10, 2000, order granting full placement *722authority of children A.H., M.H., and A.H. to the Director of Stark County Social Service Board and denying M.H.’s motion to change the custodial agency. We affirm.
