AGEE, Judge.

Demond Allen Ramey (Ramey) was indicted for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, in violation of Code § 18.2-248, and possession of a firearm while possessing cocaine with intent to distribute, in violation of Code § 18.2-308.4(B). Pri- or to trial, Ramey moved to suppress the evidence of drugs and the firearm alleging those items had been gathered in violation of the Fourth Amendment. Following a hearing on the motion, the Circuit Court of the City of Roanoke denied the motion. Ramey then entered a conditional plea of guilty to the charges, reserving the right to…
