The appellee, Wichita County Water Improvement District No. 2, was incorporated under the provisions of the statutes later embodied in Revised Statutes of 1925 as title 128, chapter 2 (article 7622 et seq.), and this suit was instituted, tried, and presented to us as a consolidated suit to recover delinquent taxes, penalties, interest, attorneys’ fees, and costs on certain lands described in the petition and shown to be owned by appellant, D.
